Money Back Guarantee Terms

1. Overview

The WagerWise Money Back Guarantee applies to eligible new paid members who actively use WagerWise arbitrage tools and Bet Tracker during their first 28 days.

Eligible arbitrage bets must come from the WagerWise software. Arbitrage bets found manually or through another service do not count toward the guarantee.

This guarantee is for the WagerWise subscription fee only. It does not refund bookmaker stakes, betting losses, bank fees, payment fees, currency conversion fees, or any other third-party costs.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements during a continuous 28-day period from the start of your paid membership:

1. Place a minimum of 5 arbitrage bets per day from the WagerWise software.
2. Each arbitrage bet must be identified using WagerWise and entered into the WagerWise Bet Tracker.
3. Each tracked arbitrage bet must have a minimum total stake of AUD $50.
4. You must record the bookmaker, event, market, odds, stake, and result for each bet in Bet Tracker.
5. Your Bet Tracker records must cover the full 28-day period and must be accurate, complete, and submitted under your own WagerWise account.

3. What Counts as an Arbitrage Bet

An arbitrage bet means a bet or set of bets shown by the WagerWise software where the available bookmaker prices, when staked correctly across the required outcomes, create a positive return before bookmaker limits, account restrictions, voids, or errors.

If an arbitrage opportunity requires multiple legs or outcomes to be covered, the full position must be tracked. Partially tracked bets, incomplete stake splits, or bets entered after the fact may not count toward the guarantee.

4. Claiming the Guarantee

To claim the guarantee, email contact@wagerwise.com.au within 7 days after your 28-day eligibility period ends.

Your claim must include the email address connected to your WagerWise account and a request for review under the Money Back Guarantee. WagerWise may review your Bet Tracker records before approving the claim.

5. Exclusions

The guarantee may not apply if:

• Your subscription was cancelled, refunded, charged back, or unpaid during the 28-day period.
• Your Bet Tracker records are missing, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, manipulated, or not connected to your WagerWise account.
• You did not place and track the required minimum arbitrage bet volume.
• Bookmaker restrictions, account limits, voided bets, rejected bets, promotional terms, user error, or late odds movement affected your results.
• You breach WagerWise's general Terms and Conditions or use the service unlawfully.

6. Refund Amount

If approved, the refund is limited to the WagerWise subscription fees paid for the eligible 28-day period. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Only one Money Back Guarantee claim is available per person, account, household, and payment method unless WagerWise agrees otherwise in writing.

7. Australian Consumer Law

This guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by law.

8. Changes

WagerWise may update these Money Back Guarantee terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your claim are the terms published when your eligible paid membership starts.
