FAQ

What counts as a request?

Each HTTP API call counts as one request. If you use polling, every poll counts as a request. If you use streaming endpoints, requests are counted on the HTTP calls your client makes (including reconnects).

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Upgrade instantly. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle.

Do you offer overages?

Use the add-on for extra volume. For sustained high usage, Enterprise is the best fit.

Do you support custom coverage?

Yes. Enterprise supports custom books/leagues, private endpoints, and SLAs.
